The basics

30 days from the day it arrives. Original packaging, labels still on, undamaged. We turn returns around within 3 to 5 business days of getting them back.

Exchanges and refunds

First exchange: you post it back, we send the replacement out free. Refunds carry a 5% fee - that is what the payment provider keeps, not us. Waived on POLI, gift cards, multi-size orders, or if the fault is ours.

Some gear cannot come back for hygiene and safety reasons - sleeping bags, stoves, climbing gear and more. The full list is in the policy.

Started in 2004 as a shop in Takapuna, run by people who were in the hills at the weekend and behind the counter during the week. In 2019 we went online only, into our own warehouse at Dairy Flat. Same family, same obsession.
