Wild Country Climbing Ropeman 4 Ascender

The Ropeman 4 represents the latest innovative development in Wild Country’s original ascender design. This compact and versatile rope clamp is suited to a wide range of technical applications, including emergency rescue, self-rescue, ascending, self-belay, and lanyard adjustment for positioning. Its newly enhanced side plate features a grooved closure mechanism that prevents lateral opening during rope ascent and ensures no rope becomes trapped between the side plate and cam. This makes it both safer and more efficient compared to similar devices.

Constructed from lightweight yet robust aluminium alloy, it accommodates a broad spectrum of rope diameters and is compatible with both flat and tubular webbing slings, as well as HMS and oval carabiners. The generously sized cylinder hole allows full rotation around the carabiner, while the stainless steel wire, protected by a durable plastic sheath, ensures safe and simple handling. Compact and lightweight, the Ropeman 4 is a must-have tool for all vertical adventures, offering reliability and convenience when clipped to your harness.
