Black Diamond Storm 450 Headlamp

The Storm 450 has been designed to handle epic adventures in all conditions, boasting a sturdy, waterproof and dustproof housing, as well as delivering 450 lumens of powerful light. Featuring Dual-Fuel compatibility, the Storm can be powered by either a rechargeable BD 1500 Li-ion battery or three standard AAA batteries. Its compact, ergonomic design ensures ease of use, while the updated user interface includes a secondary switch for effortless mode selection. The improved optical efficiency not only offers brighter light but also extends battery life, which can be monitored via a six-setting, three-LED battery meter. Additionally, the Storm 450 comes with three distinct coloured night vision modes and peripheral white lighting for close-range tasks, such as re-racking for the final summit pitch in darkness. The headlamp includes the Brightness Memory feature, allowing users to switch the light on and off at a preferred brightness without resetting to the default, full power setting. The PowerTap Technology makes it simple to achieve maximum brightness with a simple touch of a finger.
