Description

The Wild Country Climbing Friend Set 0.4 / 0.5 / 0.75 may be referred to as the "bag of 'friends' Ray," a name that has gained significance in the climbing community's history. For almost half a century, these protection devices have remained at the forefront, even with advancements in technology. The foundation of each model, the 13.75° cam angle, remains unchanged, a design perfected and developed by Wild Country and tested in countless cracks since 1977. The latest Friends retain their signature dual axle design but with stronger and lighter hollow axles thanks to Wild Country's patented technology. Another unique feature is the unanodized, polished aluminum cam surfaces, providing increased friction and better grip on rock. These new models also come equipped with 12mm Dyneema extendable slings, a defining characteristic of Friends that reduces drag and eliminates the need for extra quickdraws. With a comprehensive range from 0.4 to 4.
